Epay is a hardwood from Brazil that essentially lasts a lifetime. It requires less staining and resists shrinkage. Using the correct screws and nails for pre-treated lumber will ensure the nails do not corrode the deck with weather changes. When we install a deck, we come back the next season to stain it. The wood that we use needs time to dry out. Also, trying to install a deck when the temperature is too hot and humid ensures that the wood will more than likely shrink within a month! We use an end grain sealer on our decks so the wood we use is the same today, tomorrow and next year!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the little things that separate the way we do our work from the way other companies do theirs. It is our attention to detail and the fact that just completing a job is not good enough. The job we do has to look and function in the best way possible. For us, that means taking the time to do the deck right.
